Featured: Pigment Series, 2021 - 2024, Jaleeca Yancy
Tuesday, June 18, 2024 - 4:00 - 5:30 PM at the Longwood Art Gallery @ Hostos
Craft a one-of-a-kind piece of art while exploring the rich history and vibrant pigments of the indigo plant. Led by Jaleeca Yancy, participants will have hands-on experience using indigo to dye upcycled fabrics in a unique style.
This workshop series welcomes teenagers between the ages of 12-18. Light refreshments will be provided. MetroCards will be available upon request.
