Director of Programs (full-time, hybrid)

The Director of Programs reports directly to the Executive Director (ED). The Director of Programs is responsible for the oversight of the public programs, regrants, and visual arts departments, and directly supervises the Grants Manager, the Programs Manager, and the Longwood Art Gallery Director. They work collaboratively with other members of the staff and are accountable to contributing to a positive organizational culture of warmth, passion, and accountability. Read more here.

Director of External Affairs (full-time, hybrid)

The Director of External Affairs reports to the Executive Director and supervises the Marketing and Communications Coordinator and a PT Associate. This role is responsible for outward-facing communications and works with the Executive Director to set strategy and execute membership and fundraising programs geared to corporate and individual constituencies. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with development experience at a variety of levels, a proven fundraising record, and the capacity to formulate traditional and entrepreneurial strategies. Read more here.

Regrants Program Associate (part-time, hybrid)

Reporting to the Grants Manager, and occasionally to the Senior Director of Programs, the Regrants Program Associate will provide administrative support for BCA’s regranting programs. To be successful in this role, the Regrants Program Associate should have prior experience in grants or programs administration, preferably in the arts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, detail and systems oriented, and an effective communicator and collaborator. This is an excellent position for someone who is looking to expand their career experience by joining a small, dynamic, and growing arts organization. Administrative Assistant (part-time, hybrid)
