Suran Song is a biracial American, Korean and Greek, mid-career, multidisciplinary performing artist and songwriter with an M.F.A. in Sculpture. The themes and ideas she continues to explore in her work are love, philoxenia, audience, and accessibility; how does justice relate to love? Suran is most inspired by post-punk songwriters, as well as Early Dada artists, especially the live installations of Kurt Schwitters.
