We Stay/Nos Quedamos, Inc., in partnership with MHANY Management, Inc., is excited to announce that it has opened up the lease-up phase for its community space at its newest residential development Phoenix Estates II, located in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx. Phoenix Arts Incubator space is located at 700 Manida Street, between Lafayette and Spofford Avenues.
The first round of leasing opportunities is earmarked specifically for Bronx-based arts groups and independent artist who reside in the Bronx. The affordable ground-level, store-front location has a total 3,800 square feet of open space that is ideal for galleries, administrative work space for arts-centered groups, as well as arts incubator space and artists studios for individual artists. The space can be sub-divided to specific needs, with a minimal space lease requirement.
