Reporting to the Deputy Director of Grants and Programs, the Grants and Program Coordinator (GPC) will be responsible for coordinating and implementing BCA’s public programs and activities, as well as providing administrative support for BCA’s re-granting programs. The GPC will be tasked with ensuring the successful coordination and implementation of programs that help advance the organization's strategic direction, as well as the achievement of short- and long-term programmatic goals. To be successful in this role, the GPC will need to have prior experience in program coordination, preferably in the arts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, detail and systems-oriented, and an effective communicator and collaborator.
