Call for Artists - Rockland Arts Festival invites artists to participate in our virtual event.
ROCKLAND ARTS FESTIVAL will be online and will run from January 22 - February 7, 2022 with an in-person art event on February 5th at the Palisades Center in West Nyack NY.
