Create your own bracelet using the Afro-Indigenous Nimíipuu beading technique! Led by Mikailah, an Afro-Indigenous (Nimíipuu) artist and entrepreneur, this workshop invites participants to learn how to bead a bracelet using seed beads while engaging in conversation centering Afro-Indigenous experiences and information about Nimíipuu beadwork.
This workshop series welcomes teenagers between the ages of 12-18. Light refreshments will be provided. MetroCards will be available upon request.
