Director of External Affairs (full-time, hybrid)

The Director of External Affairs reports to the Executive Director (ED) and supervises the Marketing and Communications Coordinator and a part-time associate. They work collaboratively with other members of the staff and are accountable to contributing to a positive organizational culture of warmth, passion, and accountability. The Director of External Affairs is a member of the senior team responsible for outward-facing communications (marketing, press, branding, community engagement, events, etc.), and works with the Executive Director to set strategy and to execute membership and fundraising programs geared to corporate and individual constituencies. Read more here.

Grants Manager (full-time, hybrid)

Reporting to the Director of Programs and supervising the Grants Associate, the Grants Manager designs, implements, oversees, delivers, and evaluates funding programs, based on field best practices and the needs of BCA’s constituents. Balancing internal management with external impact and visibility, the Grants Manager must be highly organized and able to work effectively in a creative, diverse, and high- energy environment. They must have excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and writing abilities, and be a detail-oriented team player, as well as an entrepreneurial person who can think strategically to research and develop new initiatives within BCA’s mission, goals, and priorities. They must possess experience with both grants administration and financial management of grantmaking programs. Regrants Program Associate (part-time, hybrid)

Reporting to the Grants Manager, and occasionally to the Senior Director of Programs, the Regrants Program Associate will provide administrative support for BCA’s regranting programs. To be successful in this role, the Regrants Program Associate should have prior experience in grants or programs administration, preferably in the arts. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, detail and systems oriented, and an effective communicator and collaborator. This is an excellent position for someone who is looking to expand their career experience by joining a small, dynamic, and growing arts organization. Administrative Assistant (part-time, hybrid)
