South Bronx-raised, professor, writer, poet, and songwriter Armando Pacheco Matos is presenting the project “Poetry Performance of “Antón: Una Ópera Boricua / Anton: A Puerto Rican Opera”, which he published in May of 2022. He will be accompanied by master drummers Eugenio “Geño” Gastón and Pedro “Pello” Pacheco.
