Songstress Elissa Carmona will present the “2023 Evolution of Soul”, a soul-stirring twelve-concert series from April through September with the award-winning Morrisania Band Project, and partners, Bronx Music Heritage Center, the 161st Street BID, and more. All concerts will be free and open to the public.
