Marlyn Matias Feliciano is an award winning Bilingual Actor and Writer from The Bronx. As an actor Marlyn has been in many theater productions throughout the years, including Universes’ Slanguage National Tour and PRTT’sThe Ortiz Sisters from Mott Haven in both NYC and Puerto Rico. She found herself auditioning for both theater and TV and saw less and less roles for Women of Color so she decided to tap into a passion she’s had since highschool and started to focus on writing TV pilots where POC are at the forefront of the story. Her writing credits include IN GOOD SPIRITS, ON THE ONE, HANGING WITH DEATH, FATHER, EL PATO FEO co written with Arthur Aviles, FUEGO, NUEVA YOL and currently working on another pilot- ROOMIES. She is a proud Bronxeña who is determined to tell stories about her community, shining a light on its roots, diversity and resilience.
