"I Don't Owe You Nothing"

"I Don't Owe You Nothing"
A Theatrical Performance at the Kingsbridge Library Theater about women who were physically and emotionally abused in domestic violence. The event will be entitled "I Don't Owe You Nothing". There will be four performers, -----, Tracey (Sunshine) Woodall, Imessiah Soul and Clayton Bryant. These performers, the females have suffered domestic abuse, will portray their sentiments through song and acting. In our past performances, women have sought out guidance after our performance and Safe Horizon has said as a reaction to the show, that it needs to be circulated. The producer of the show was a victim of domestic violence which promoted her to coordinate the program. Safe Horizon will provide a speaker and will be in attendance to offer help to those seeking guidance. Domestic Violence is a silent killer that needs to be brought to the for front. I and many members of the Bronx Club have been involved in relationships that domestic violence was prevalent. It is imperative that we touch other women to seek guidance. Domestic Violence doesn't just occur in the month of October, but for 365 days a year and is worldwide.
