WE STAY/Nos Quedamos will offer two community folk arts projects; “We Are Melrose,” a diverse, outdoor community folk art celebration and visual exhibition, and the “Melrose Holiday Parranda 2018,” an ages-old, musically-based Puerto Rican tradition that takes place during the holidays and is akin to caroling.
