ARTOPIA 2023 uses lifetime experiences and wisdom to produce personal creative art-pieces via easy-to-use tools, techniques, crafts and media. Participants use multi-culturally-friendly prompts to help focus and guide their artistic self-expression in fun and surprising new ways.
