Australian-born and raised artist Ruth Marshall is a naturalized citizen of the USA. She has been a Bronx resident since 2000 and worked as an exhibit sculptor at the Bronx Zoo until 2009. She is a dedicated teacher of knitting and crochet to the older adult community, a developer of community art programs and installations, and an instructor of drawing for the Animation Department at the School of Visual Arts.
