ArtBridge is looking for two Bronx-based visual artists to create new artworks for the Mitchel Houses this Spring 2021.
The artwork will be created as a result of collaborations with residents and community leaders at the Mitchel Houses and will be printed or painted onto the scaffolding throughout the Mitchel Houses development during NYCHA’s building renovations.
This program is planned to begin in mid-April and will run for 6 weeks.
$4,000 Artist Stipend and all supplies provided by ArtBridge.
