Bronx Memoir Project Workshop: Mapping Your Memoir

April 11 @ 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Biographies are composed chronologically, but memoir is a poetic and jazzy literary genre that welcomes a creative approach to structure. In this workshop, we’ll learn how a memoir can be structured around patterns, juxtapositions, and connections. We’ll look at some inspiring models and then create a visual map that will help you organize your material.
