Bronx Council on the Arts Invites Applications from Bronx Artists

A pioneering advocate for cultural equity, the Bronx Council on the Arts nurtures the development of a diverse array of artists and arts organizations and works to build strong cultural connections in and beyond the New York City borough of the Bronx…with support from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs Greater New York Arts Development Fund, the council is inviting applications for its Bronx Recognizes Its Own program. Through the program, grants of up to $5,000 will be awarded to individual Bronx-based artists who create works in the literary, media, visual, and performing arts.
