Alexander avenue art & antique cluster

The Alexander Avenue Antique District is home to businesses, artists, and entrepreneurs, and is located in the southernmost portion of Mott Haven, close to the Harlem and East River along the Bruckner Service Road. Old-fashioned lampposts and street benches add to the charm of the neighborhood that features a new Mediterranean style café, antique stores and
an antiquarian bookstore, art galleries, and the mystique of a neighborhood in flux.

Weekends attract wise shoppers from across the tri-state area searching out quality merchandise among the treasure trove of memorabilia and bargains. There is a critical mass
of design and creative industry firms housed in the area that BCA is beginning to identify, connect and promote. Stay tuned for updates.

The Bronx Culture Trolley makes regular stops here on the first Wednesday of every month.
